Meet the Founder
Hey there, I'm Tasha - Founder of The Elevate Box. For years, I struggled with staying consistent in my personal growth and self care journey. I'd start a wellness journey, commit to a new workout routine or simply vow to prioritize self-care, or read new books, - only to fall off track and feel disappointed in myself. The worst part? The broken promises and unfinished goals made me question my worth and impact on the world around me.
Eventually I discovered the power of true accountability was the change I needed. Accountability is all about keeping your promises to yourself. When I hit a rough patch in life, I knew that the only way to move forward was to pour into myself. That meant working on my mindset, self-compassion, fitness, and other areas of personal growth that allowed me to elevate.
As I started building intentional habits, I began rewarding myself with goodies that inspired and motivated me. I'd say to myself...Great workout sis! Treat yourself to a cute gym outfit as a reward to stay motivated. True story! That's when I realized, I wasn't bad at keeping promises to myself, I just needed an extra mmph to inspire, motivate, and reward me.
