Can I give this box as a gift?
One of the best parts about continually working towards living an elevated life is having people that support your goals to do so. The Elevate Box is available to gift. Please be sure to select this is a gift. We will include a personalized card if you want to leave a special note!
When will I receive my package?
The Elevate box is a monthly subscription box. Subscribe by the 21st of each month to receive the next month's box. Packages are shipped around the 29th of each month for an estimated arrival time of within the first week of the month.
How do I cancel?
To cancel, Log in to your account and under the “Your Subscription(s)” section you’ll see the “Edit” button. On the next page you can click “Cancel Subscription” (bottom left). After canceling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end
When and how often will I be billed?
You'll be billed for your first box the moment you sign up. The monthly renewal date is the 15th of the month
What is your refund/return policy?
All of our products and box orders are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. Contact support with any questions. If there is a sizing issue with one of the clothing items, please email us at info@theelevatebox.com
How does the Renewal Process work?
Each month, you will be charged on the 15th of the month for the upcoming box. For example, if you sign up on February 17th, that payment will cover the March box. You will not be charged again until March 15th, which will cover the April box
Can I pay purchase a full term plan instead of monthly payments?
Yes. If you prefer to be billed once per your commitment term, Please CLICK HERE. There, you will have the option to subscribe or gift a three month or annual plan that is billed once per commitment term.
Can I cancel?
On a month to month plan you can cancel at anytime. On a quarterly or annual plan, you are agreeing to the full commitment period
